Yes.  Repelit will protect you regardless of the privileges of the computer account used.  You will be protected in a guest account, user account etc. (limited user accounts).  Repelit adds an additional layer of protection to all limited user accounts.  However, Repelit must be installed on the computer in an administrator account.
