Some applications attempt to place additional information into the registry or directories when they start up, such as product registration (for any installation mode you are instructed to launch the application you after a restart and before clicking “Done” in the install mode window).  Generally you can remedy the situation by switching Repelit into an installation mode before launching the application (Caution: Do not use Devices Mode or Off Mode unless you are certain the application is not malicious).  Most programs will continue to function properly even if Repelit blocks the added components.
