For End Users: The password given by the helpdesk didn’t work. What should I do?

Passwords are case sensitive.  Retype in the password carefully. If the password was read to you accurately, then the install mode should be unlocked.

When a dynamic password is used (a timestamp will be visible in the password box) you must complete the install at that time.  If you try to use the same password at a later time, it will not work.  You will need to get a new password to unlock the install.
