Yes.  Whether as a parent in your home or as an administrator in a corporate environment, you may wish to lock down any or all install options.  This feature is available as an option in the “File” menu. 

Restricting installation modes can serve as an alternate mechanism to local group policy security templates or AD enforced policies.  Repelit can be used to compliment or replace existing group policies.  There is almost nothing to configure and is simple to implement.
