My internet still does not work.  What should I do next?

Double check your proxy settings in your Web browser. If you have a corporate laptop, proxies are used to control access to the internet. As a laptop user, you may have to change your proxy settings. Depending on your company, you may have to launch your VPN to use the internet.

Scrubit returns the settings used at the time Scrubit was last run. Scrubit cannot give you internet access if your proxy settings prevent you from using the internet or if internet access is not available.
