Under the menu options in Scrubit is an option labeled "Auto." This option will automatically run "Scrubit" or restart (if no badware is found) at the end of the discovery process. No user interaction is necessary except to make sure the "Auto" option is checked and to click "Start."  Scrubit is now in fully automatic cleaning mode.

This mode should not be used without first creating a safelist.
