What is the "Restore Original Runs" option in Scrubit?

Under the menu options in Scrubit is an option labeled “Restore Original Runs.” This option will return all auto running processes (that are not badware) written to the registry at the time Scrubit was installed.   This will not return a badware program cleaned by by Scrubit (Scrub'd).
